marshmallow nougat bars recipe










Ingredients:


  • 350g sugar-free marshmallows

  • 80g unsalted butter

  • 80g milk powder

  • 60g dried cranberries

  • 80g chopped almonds

  • 80g freeze-dried strawberries

  • 200g plain biscuits, crushed


Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely.

  2. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.

  3. Gradually add the milk powder, stirring until the mixture is well combined and glossy.

  4. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the crushed biscuits, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and freeze-dried strawberries. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined dish, and press it down evenly using a spatula.

  6. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for a quicker set.

  7. Once set, slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
